Our Rich Knox County Fair Legacy
Since 1849, the Knox County Fair has been a beloved tradition, starting at a local resident's home and eventually moving to its current location on Fairgrounds Road in the 1920s. Today, it’s a lively celebration of agriculture, community, and family fun, featuring demolition derbies, musical performances, tractor pulls, rodeos, and vibrant 4-H competitions. Visitors delight in touring livestock barns, watching draft horses, sheep, goats, cattle, and hogs, and enjoying local crafts and cuisine. Join us in celebrating our rich heritage and community spirit.
