LAMB TASTING TO FOLLOW THE JUDGING

Competitors can pick up an entry form from the OSU Extension office, knox.osu.edu or by calling 740-393-3137 and have it returned by July 12, 2017.

Guide Lines for Lamb Cook-Off:

   1.   Prepare lamb at home and bring to Fairgrounds with a way to heat it or if you wish you could use your own outdoor grill at the fairgrounds to prepare your lamb.

   2.   All contestants must provide their own lamb cuts, heating equipment, grill, utensils, and serving materials.

   3.   Entrants may use any cuts of lamb in their recipes. The recipe must include at least 1 pound of lamb.

   4.   Include your recipe on your entry form so they can be duplicated for the people watching.

   5.   Judging will begin following the Sheep Lead in front of the swine arena.

   6.   All entrants will receive a gift, and the top two in each category will receive a prize.

      7.   Categories: Adult, Youth ages 9-18.
